Two people reviewing printed documents at a desk

Read AUSTRAC's free starter kit too. Then let us do the customising.

The kit is good and generic by design. Making it yours is a couple of evenings of rewriting for most principals. That is the part we take off your desk.

How the pack maps to AUSTRAC's five steps
Step 1Governance: three roles named, compliance officer appointed, approval recorded. In the Program, Part 1.
Step 2Risk assessment: services, customers, channels and jurisdictions rated likelihood × impact. The Risk Assessment.
Step 3Policies: customer due diligence, enhanced checks, sanctions and PEPs, reporting, records, tipping-off, training. Program, Parts 2 and 3.
Step 4Review and update: schedule, triggers and a communications register. The Compliance Calendar.
Step 5Independent evaluation: a plan with scope and timing. Program, Part 3 and Cover Notes.

Questions principals ask first

We missed the enrolment deadline. Does this still help?
Yes, and it is the most common situation we see. The obligation to have a written program doesn't lapse because the date passed. A dated, approved program is a far better position than a blank page if AUSTRAC contacts you.
Is this legal advice?
No. We prepare compliance documents aligned to AUSTRAC's published guidance from what you tell us, and every document says so on its first page. If you want a lawyer to review them, the Word files make that quick.
Will an assessor accept it?
No provider can promise how AUSTRAC will assess a program, and we won't. The pack follows AUSTRAC's five-step model and sector kit structure, shows the reasoning behind every rating, and records who approved it and when.
Do you do identity checks or ongoing monitoring?
No. The program tells your staff what to collect and when. The checks are done by you or an ID-verification provider you choose. The pack is vendor-neutral.
Who writes it?
A document system built by compliance-document specialists against AUSTRAC's model, then read in full by a person before release. We're a small Australian business; our name is on every document and behind the refund policy.
