Last updated 3 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed through this website with UPDT Pty Ltd, trading as Alderman Compliance (ABN 63 660 129 804), trading as Alderman Compliance ("we", "us"). Not legal advice; read alongside our privacy policy and refund policy.
We prepare a written AML/CTF compliance pack (ML/TF risk assessment, AML/CTF program, AUSTRAC enrolment checklist, compliance calendar and cover notes) from the answers you give us in our online questionnaire. The Pack with Written Q&A tier also includes up to ten written questions answered within two business days and one revision round.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not perform identity verification, transaction monitoring, or ongoing compliance management. No provider, including us, can guarantee that AUSTRAC or any assessor will accept a program as compliant; every program must be reviewed and approved by your business's senior manager before use.
Orders are paid in full, up front, through our payment provider. After payment you complete our questionnaire; we do not begin drafting until the questionnaire is submitted. Delivery time (one business day) is measured from a complete questionnaire submission, not from payment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We draft from what you tell us; we do not independently verify your business facts, and any fact your questionnaire doesn't answer is flagged in the pack rather than invented. Your program must be approved and dated by your senior manager or governing body before it takes effect.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, on the pricing section of our homepage. A tax invoice is issued on payment.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, or any other right or remedy the Australian Consumer Law gives you. See our refund policy for how we handle fix-or-refund requests, in addition to your consumer law rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to re-supplying the pack or refunding the amount paid, at our election, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Information you give us is used only to prepare your pack and to deliver, support and, where relevant, invoice your order. See our privacy policy for how we store and delete it.
